Friendly hotel & valet staff. Loved the ease of virtual check in/check out. With this, not only do you not have to wait in line to check in/out, but your phone becomes your key. We did this a few hours before arrival & got to choose our floor & room location. We even got a text that our room was ready 2 hours ahead of schedule. Our room overlooked Centennial Park.. so pretty at night with the ferris wheel lit up, so be sure & choose/request the park side for the view. We received vouchers for complimentary snacks & drinks in the early evening and free breakfast. Another plus was that the hotel is within walking distance to State Farm Arena. On-site valet parking was very convenient. We will definitely be back!

The hotel property was very nice inside and out ! Our room with city views was amazing and had plenty of room for our family of 5 ! Everything was Clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities, They even have a great breakfast buffet! ALL of the staff were so professional and friendly and ALWAYS available to help or answer any questions we had . The hotel is in the perfect location downtown , it’s only walking distance to a few big attractions like the Georgia aquarium and The Coca Cola museum also had plenty places around to go eat ! Definitely enjoyed our stay !

It was very helpful that breakfast was open until 10:30 a.m. Location was perfect and made it very easy to get to the Hot Chocolate 5k race. There was even complimentary snacks and water for race participants in the lobby. Staff was very polite and helpful. Always welcoming to any questions and seemed happy to be there. Check in was a breeze, as well as Check out. Bed was very comfortable.
